Nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hranici pro z\u00edsk\u00e1n\u00ed \u00fav\u011bru u\u017e z\u00e1kon nijak bl\u00ed\u017ee nespecifikuje. \u010cesk\u00e1 n\u00e1rodn\u00ed banka v\u0161ak vydala pro ostatn\u00ed banky doporu\u010den\u00ed v podob\u011b nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed hranice v\u011bku dlu\u017en\u00edka, do kdy by m\u011bl b\u00fdt \u00fav\u011br zcela placen. Tato hranice se aktu\u00e1ln\u011b pohybuje kolem 65 let. Na toto doporu\u010den\u00ed v\u0161ak \u0159ada bankovn\u00edch i nebankovn\u00edch spole\u010dnost\u00ed neberete z\u0159etel a \u0159\u00edd\u00ed se sv\u00fdmi intern\u00edmi pravidly. Pravideln\u00fd m\u011bs\u00ed\u010dn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edjem je dal\u0161\u00ed s po\u017eadavk\u016f, kter\u00e9 banka na sv\u00e9 \u017eadatele m\u00e1. Je to vcelku pochopiteln\u00e9, pokud chce dlu\u017en\u00edk spl\u00e1cet, mus\u00ed m\u00edt z \u010deho.
